1.問題描述


筆者在第一次開啟DeltaCopy設定Windows帳密時把密碼打錯了


接著就一直出現Could not start the service. The service could not be logged on. Check user id and password specified for login.

如果是用服務開啟就會出現 Windows 無法啟動 本機電腦 的 DeltaCopy Server 服務，錯誤1069; 登入失敗所以服務無法啟動

環境：Windows 8



2.解決方案


由於DeltaCopy是直接註冊Windows 服務，又沒有提供修改帳密的介面，所以必須直接進入Windows的服務修改


首先開啟 電腦管理 視窗。開啟方法有好幾種


可以按組合按鍵 [Windows + R] 開啟執行命令框，然後輸入 "compmgmt.msc" 開啟電腦管理


或是在Windows 8 的開始按鈕上(或是畫面左下角(最角落))按右鍵 > 選擇電腦管理 (如圖)

接著選擇 電腦管理 > 服務與應用程式 > 服務 ，在中間找到名稱為DeltaCopy Server 的應用服務

接著重新輸入你登入系統的帳號密碼

NASuseRsyncToWindows (1)

設定正確完成後，重新按Start Serveic開啟服務


或是直接從服務點右鍵 啟動 即可

Question: The DeltaCopy service won't start due to login failure. What can I do?
Answer: Symptoms You get the following message when trying to start the service.
Could not start the service. The service could not be logged on. Check user id and password specified for login.

DeltaCopy Server Service is a regular service on Windows OS, which requires a Windows user id/password to run on the machine. Follow the steps below to configure this.

  • Go to Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services

  • Locate the service for DeltaCopy

  • Click the right-mouse button and select Properties

  • Click on the "Log On" tab

  • Specify an Account and its password. DO NOT use the "System Account". We recommend you use"Administrator"

雖然官方建議使用Administrator 系統帳戶作為登入帳號，可能是為了安全性吧，不過我是要備份到另一台電腦，反而造成後續使用上的不方便，因為登入權限高於我目前使用的權限，我根本無法直接開我要的東西。這個就是另一段故事了...

第一次輸入錯誤一直無法開啟服務，又找不到選項修改密碼，真的差點以為毀了一個系統，還好有找到解決方法

不過官方都自己列為常見問題了，不知道為什麼不乾脆把UI寫好一點，既然都能註冊服務了，怎麼不乾脆讓我改呢
